My pick for the four horseman: Gambit - Death Wolverine - War Mystique - Famine Emma - Conquest There are so many choices. And with this show, it could be anyone. I do hope that its not just 3 randoms again. I like Banshee, Cable, or Shaw too. Magneto or Xavier would be awesome.

I doubt Wolverine, Storm and Morph will be Horsemen of Apocalypse. They are also lost in time probably. My guesses for the horsemen are Gambit, Madelyne, Shaw and maybe Dazzler or Callisto.

Wolverine did became the horseman of death to get his Adamantium back. But since Gambit will become the horseman of death Wolverine might end up being the horseman of war. Unless the writers are going to do something different for Wolverine and he gets his Adamantium back in a different way in x-men 97.

This movie was a comedy > action > romance film. That's the perfect order for me, and all the meta references were not lost.

Isn’t it canon to the original run of X-Men the animated series that Wolverine *doesn’t* have bone claws? There’s an entire episode where he teams up with Captain America, & Logan gets gloves with claws, & he says something like, “Hey, these are great. I could get use to these.”

The remaining X-Men then have a personal connection with each Horsemen to up the stakes; i.e. Gambit X Rogue; Madelyn X Jean/Cyclops; Leech X Magneto; Sebastian Shaw/Banshee X Charles; Wolverine X Morph; Storm X Forge; Sunspot X Jubilee; and Stryfe X Cable.

97 is adapting stories from the 90s and 2000. Wait til they adopt the Krakoan era. This arc is way too good. All mutants will be uniting against Nimrod and Orchis.

I think you're gonna find out more about the technovirus and how it changes Nathan, I think somehow Cable makes it to the past and his blood will end up infecting En Sabba Nur, partially responsible for creating the Apocalypse we know. I wouldn't be surprised if we get Kang for a big chunk of it. There's a story called Apocalypse wars where they get separated in similar fashion. I believe the horsemen in that were Colossus, Logan, Venom and Deadpool so maybe some variation of that probably with Gambit in place of Deadpool. Gonna be interesting where it goes with Sinister. I guess he goes to apocalypse to fix him. Also would like to see more of the Avengers in this timeline. Funny to see them as like the government superhero cops as opposed to the xmen.

About the next season, I'm greedy. I want the main X-Men to be lost in the time and meanwhile all other X-team to take over; X-Force, X-Factor, New Mutants, Gen-X, Excalibur, Exiles. I want the series to go full 'Justice League Unlimited' scale.

One thing I noticed is that the Cable in this season never mentioned Apocalypse. What if the Cable we have seen since thhe original series hasn't always been the same one. They stopped Bastion's utopia from forming, which paved the way for Apocalypse. So the ruturw Nathan has ended up in has changed from Days of Future Past future to Age of Apocalypse future.
